Strung Together is a family band out of New Bern, NC. The Olivers perform a variety of music—folk, Americana, bluegrass, gospel and country. George, Dare and their three children have performed at many events throughout Eastern North Carolina including Mumfest, the Beaufort Music Festival, and ARTcrawl. They have been asked to perform at Tryon Palace’s Fourth of July celebration and at their Piggin’ and Grinnin' Bluegrass Festival in September where they will open for Steep Canyon Rangers. They are also performing at the Seafood Festival in Morehead City this Fall. 

 

Strung Together was recently featured on WCTI-TV and in Carolina Shore magazine (Spring/Summer 2017). They just finished recording their first CD, The Littlest Birds, which is available for purchase on their website, www.strungtogetherband.com.
